The project “Technical assistance and training for the Improvement of the Delivery of Public Services at the Local Government Level” is financed by the European Union as part of the CARDS programme.

The project overall objective is to assist the Albanian local and regional levels of government in improving public administration of licensing and permits. From discussion with the stakeholders we define local and regional levels of government as Local Governmental Units, the 12 Regions (Qarku level) and the Ministry of Interior.

The project started on the 19 April 2007 with the kick off meeting and will last for 24 months finishing on the 18 April 2009. In this framework NetRDA has done a survey on Licensing that started on November 2008 in 22 Roll out LGUs will finish at the end of February 2009. Results elaborated through SPSS and Acces and transcriptet in wordprocessor are here attached for a)Businesses b)People and c)Officials

Project realized from NetRDA have different characters. The main goal is development in that area where it is applied and for that pre decided target groups.
