NetRDA Mission. Providing its professional assistance to accomplish short and long term projects related to economic, social and cultural development in a local level and broader. Based on the experience realise or support improvements of activities carried out from pre-selected target groups.

There are consider number of Collaborators. NetRDA has three permanent staff and 40 outsiders part time ccollaborator. They are engadged based on project requirements and the need of their expertise. Our organisation posses a considerable social capital located in all around the coutry. We have collaborators in Kukes, Shkoder, Durres, Korce, Vlore, Berat, Gjirokaster, Fier, Lezhe.

Partnerities. During the years our organisation has accomplished suxessfully its mission due to the close and interactive collaboration with different development agencies, donors, local e central goverment institutions, civil-soociety organisms, business, education centres.

Human Resources.
There are thrre fulltime employee in our center. There is one responsibel for administrative issues, one for projects and one person for financial issues. There are 5 certified trainers capable to conduct TOT trainings. Meantime NetRDA has a close collaboration with 26 different trainers coveri8ng all albanian counties. Our Staff has no restirction working in all geographical area of our country. If it is needed even the prolonget working hours has no any restirction impact in our staff..

Infrastructure Resources.
There are all equipment needed in order to accomplish succesfully its activity. Our office is located in the center of Tirana. Our comunication is in continuos/uninterrupted way through internet, e-mail. NetRDA has its hardware equpiment need in order to run the the office activity without outsourcing anything. The information can be elaborated in digital and hard copy up to format A3 full colour through laser way.

Legal Acts. NetRDA realise its activity based on the law for Non for Profit Organisation in ALbania. NetRDA it is registered in Office Court of Tirana, as well as in fiscal office.
